With a rich and diverse background spanning nursing, training and mental health, I bring over two decades of experience to my work. As a seasoned Mental Health First Aid Tutor, I’ve personally trained over 1,000 managers and senior professionals, empowering them with the practical tools needed to provide life-changing support.

Having managed mental health nursing homes and conducted mental health and disability assessments, I understand the complexities and challenges that come with mental health care. My passion is rooted in a simple yet powerful goal: to equip every individual across England with the skills and confidence to effectively support those facing mental health challenges. Whether it’s in a boardroom or a care facility, I’m committed to making mental health support practical, accessible and impactful for everyone.

By combining clinical expertise with hands-on experience, I deliver training that not only educates but transforms how people approach mental health.
