Mental Health First Aid Courses.

At iCare Training Solutions we provide online 4 x 3 hour sessions and a 2-day accredited Mental Health First Aider Course, both on and offsite, accredited by Mental Health First Aid England. With 1 in 4 people already experiencing mental health issues each year in the UK and statistics showing that this figure is likely to rise, it is as equally, if not more important than ever to make sure that you, your staff or anyone who wants to help others have the skills it takes to support people experiencing mental health difficulties. This two-day program will develop individuals wanting to learn how to assist people who are struggling with poor mental health and will become an accredited Mental Health First Aider. We cover the mental health continuum, the most prevalent mental health conditions and offer a practical approach on how to manage people through their difficulties.
