Training Course Refund Policy
At iCare Training Solutions, we strive to provide high-quality training courses that meet your professional development needs. We understand that sometimes, circumstances may require you to cancel your enrolment. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following refund policy:
1. 100% Refund (7 or more days before the course start date): If you decide to cancel your enrolment in a training course seven (7) or more days before the scheduled course start date, you are eligible for a full refund of your course fees minus £30 for ordered materials. We will process the refund promptly, and you can expect to receive the full amount back to your original payment method within 3 business days.
2. 50% Refund (6 to 3 days before the course start date): If you cancel your enrolment in a training course within six (6) to three (3) days before the scheduled course start date, you are eligible for a 50% refund of your course fees minus £30 for ordered materials. We will process the refund promptly, and you can expect to receive 50% of the course fees back to your original payment method within 3 business days.
3. No Refund (Less than 3 days before the course start date): Unfortunately, we cannot provide any refunds for cancellations made less than three (3) days before the scheduled course start date. This policy is necessary to cover our costs related to course materials, resources, and administration.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

In the email, provide your full name, course name, course start date, and the reason for your cancellation.
Our customer support team will review your request and process the refund according to the policy outlined above.
In some exceptional cases, such as course cancellations by iCare Training Solutions or other unforeseen circumstances, we may offer alternative arrangements, rescheduling options, or full refunds regardless of the cancellation period. We will communicate any such exceptions to affected participants as soon as possible.
